Frequently asked questions

Q) Do I have to be a member for just personal training?

A) NOPE! You only pay for the PT service, nothing more (unless of course you fancy adding some classes into your routine too!)

Q) When are you open?

A) 7 days a week. With our model being serviced based, we have sessions from 6am up till 6pm, when classes aren’t on we will be delivering private sessions also.

Q) How do I book classes?

A) Follow the membership link & create an account with us on Glo-fox for FREE by searching SIX ELEMENTS FITNESS! Then you can chose a membership or pay for a single class of your choosing, before booking directly on the app. Your app will provide you with a unique barcode which will be scanned upon arrival to ensure you have booked.

Q) I’m new to exercise, can I do the classes?

A) ABSOLUTELY YOU CAN! In fact, you’re my ideal client. This gym wasn’t built just for fitness fanatics, it was built to help anyone get from where they are to where they want to get to. All classes are scalable & adaptable to the person, we’re not all the same so we won’t all use the same weight, intensity etc.

Q) How often can I attend classes?

A) That’s up to you, we offer different tiered class memberships for this very reason, your monthly amount can be 8, 12 or unlimited classes per 4 weeks. In other words, if spread evenly; twice a week, three times a week or every day if you so wish. Please note your total credits can be used up in whatever frequency you wish, if you have 8 credits you could do 3 one week, 3 the next. Go on holiday for a week & then do 2 more when you return.

1 credit = 1 class, you may do 2 classes per day if you wish BUT this will eat away at your credits bare in mind. We believe a truly effective workout only has to be executed once per day, then you focus on recovery.

Q) Do you offer any discounts?

A) We do! If you join our newsletter you’ll receive 10% off any membership for the first month! Plus we have a 6 days for £6 trial for new customers, that’s just £1 per session! Lastly, we offer a huge 20% off any membership to our morning Bootcamp (SQUAD) members who wish to bundle 6am classes with regular timetabled classes for that extra push!

Q) Do you have parking?

A) YES! plenty. Directly onsite we have offroad parking for up to 6 cars which is primarily reserved for 1-1 clients through the day. As our group sessions cater for more (up to 20) then we suggest taking advantage of the vast amount of FREE parking space surrounding us, we’re over the road & just a 2 minute walk from 2 big public car parks allowing up to 90-120 mins free.

Q) Can I come to the gym in my own time to train?

A) Unfortunately not here, as explained in our ABOUT page, we are a private facility. This is what helps us maintain a clean, well organised studio delivering all of our services from, as we only work with people directly either 1-1 or groups.

Q) Can my child/teen join?

A) Personal training can be carried out in a safe manner for those under 18. However for our group classes, not right now. We mainly work with the adult population (18+) as our classes may not be suitable for younger bodies, however stay tuned as we will offer a separate service soon for the youth in a safe environment.

Q) The gym is great but It’s just not for me, how do I cancel?

A) We would hate to see you go, but as promised, it’s as easy to leave as it is to join as we don’t tie you down. Simply get in touch by giving us 28 days notice of when you’d like to leave & your membership will be cancelled, no faff. You are always welcome back with no hard feelings. Plus, if you’re ever away for a prolonged period of time we can pause your membership temporarily vs cancelling all together if that suits you better.
